Customer service is excellent. I must say that Mr. Clarke in servicing is the absolute best he makes your visit simple and easy and Joseph in parts is a people person and a man of his word. Toyota Jamaica is the best then and now. Keep up the great work 💯

Staff were friendly, forward and knowledgeable with information needed. Environment was clean and friendly, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. If i did not already own a Toyota, from this experience, I would be willing to buy one.

There's just one counter clerk in the parts department well at least when I got there he was on the phone with a customer, then he dealt with my issue another guy came from what seem to be the garage around the back then another customer came in and he didn't drop a beat he dealt with everyone at the same time he's good! I was there 05/02/21 about 12 noon.

Great experience each time I head there to get my van serviced. Friendly staff and crew and to top it off I always look forward to my hot chocolate and tuna wrap from DeafCan!
