Usually a fair experience... customer service pertaining to the mailing service dept. Is always warm and prompt. "Posture" of general mgmt is OK. Not great, not terrible.
Excellent, attentive, prompt service.
Good selection of stationery and books, however the stationery is a bit pricey. One item I got for $200 elsewhere was $460 here.
Fast efficient service.
The cashier is always courteous. Also, I love that they allow you to trade in the books that you have read.
