Scotiabank

Scotiabank advertises 24/7 contact service and that is not true. They also charge a service fee for errors on their part that has to be corrected but they do not reverse the fees. How can you have a bank that you cannot trust?

Scotia Bank has a debit memo against my account for months now and up until today I cant get an explanation as to what the debit memo is about. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful to the ordinary customers.

Drive through takes so long

Had a good experience with the customer service staff opening my acc today. Very friendly and nice and I love the new system, it seems to work really well.

Extremely slow services, especially for those doing a business transaction. Nevertheless, they now provide adequate seating arrangements for customers so that the extremely long wait isn't as frustrating and strenuous to the body.
