Process is pretty simple and they have put in measures for covid-19 protocols with a outdoor tent in their parking lot.

Very very poor customer service, you can't get through to them at no time, the phones just ring everlasting without any answer. Kmt.
Expect to wait if you visiting here. I would recommend doing whatever you can online. It will definitely save you time. I was informed by a representative there that if you doing registration online you will have to complete it online. In the middle of online registration and so far it has worked without any issue - so great improvements there. Parking can be a challenge. I recommend parking by Knutsford Express and walking over.
