Pizza Hut Havendale

Good customer service and friendly courteous staff. I only have one issue with this location. They are super slow which can be frustrating. The staff makes up for that by being patient and understanding.

They have SIGNIFICANTLY reduced their portion sizes. Once upon a time a pan pizza would equate to two normal slices. Now it's about 1 normal slice. Also. They NEVER answer the phone. Best BBQ chicken pizza but honestly I don't think it's worth the hassle.

It taste great and order was on time

A big argument erupted between the customers and the security guards which resulted in several threats being exchanged between the parties. It was a disgraceful scene with so many customers hearing the heated exchange. It escalated for me when the cashier shouted that the card machine is not working. I had to just abandon my order and find food elsewhere. I'm truly disappointed with the lack of managerial support and the way the security guard handled the matter. This is a poor reflection on this store and for me after several failed attempts to order food here over the years, I dont plan on returning unless the system and the way customers are dealt with improves.
