Awesome Customer Service! The technician was very detailed in diagnosing the issues I was facing with the machine. He knew exactly what the problem was. Within minutes He was finished; throwing pointer for care and use so the problem didn't occur again. And to top it off his prices are super reasonable. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
Christopher was very pleasant and professional, and has excellent customer service. He not only repaired the part that was broken, but also cleaned a part and showed me how to do it on my own.
