I've bought a couple of pairs of sandals from here.. they are beautiful.. and once they were adjusted, pretty comfortable. However! The customer service I have consistently recieved from (who I believe to be the owner) has been APPALLING on practically every occasion..I found her mannerism rude, she comes across as grumpy, dismissive and overall pretty disrespectful. And for that reason, I'd never go back nor would I recommend. Being a business owner myself, I make a point of supporting small businesses, but we need to be held accountable when we offer below par service.. the customer experience is a vital part of business under all circumstances, and this has been a real poor representation of good customer service. Would give 6 stars if I could.... high quality handcrafted sandals.. that are well priced.
