Store advertised to open at 9 am. Got there early. Store dud not open until 9:30 am. Staff outside waiting on the person to open the door. No apology given. No assistance given in store. Store disorganized. Not going back there. Kingston Bookshop was a breath of fresh air. Only went to Sangsters cause my child got gift vouchers for his birthday.
