Was okay security was strict staff was ifficient

KFC made in Jamaica is by far the best. However, this branch took it a notch up...the chicken pieces are bigger and the flavour tastes much fuller and bolder, then the biscuits....OMG I thought Hope Road was good...Red Hills has it locked. Now the best part...maybe its the pandemic...these guys know how fast food service works. I kid you not. Go inside male your order, by the time you are handed your receipt your order is already being prepared, by the time you get to the end of the counter....BOOM!!! your order is handed to you. Yes the skeptics will say it wasn't a busy day...I have been there when its a Friday evening and the results were the same. Thanks KFC Red Hills, other branches need to take a page. Customer service is beyond pleasant.

Fast and efficient

The meals we ordered were well done and tasty, however, they were out of wings which is unacceptable given that wings are a staple menu item. Restaurant was clean, but, of the 10 staff members that I saw, only 2 were wearing their masks properly during these Covid times. Service was terrible: I ordered 3 BBQ Zinger sandwiches, the cashier responded 'I only see one,' I responded with 'what does that mean, there is none available or do I have to wait 5 minutes?' The cashier's response was 'I have to check,' she checked and reported that I would have to wait 5 minutes. The only response to my order should have been 'there will be a 5 minute wait time for the Zinger, do you still want to place the order?' All the staff members appear nonchalant and uninterested in serving customers.

Kentucky is always filled but the chicken is always good
