Terrible company! Water is off more than it's on! Just absolutely terrible! You can't depend on them for the one thing they are meant to provide!

There has been no water on Red Hills Road from Saturday until now and today is Thursday. This is the second full week that we are going without water. (I won’t talk about the other days that we have to do without)This is totally unacceptable! No one should be going without water for days ! I don’t know who is responsible for this but they should be removed. It’s time we get rid of the people who are not serving us. For too long NWC continues to rob hardworking people! You guys wants to send hefty bills and continue to provide no water! You guys are very inconsiderate!

If I could give zero stars I would! It is absolutely mind boggling that the NWC fails to invest in and build additional dams or reservoirs to store water amid worsening drought conditions. Apparently and unfortunately, the same number or size of water catchment facilities from the 1960s are being used today, despite a steady growth in population. Is there no vision? In the midst of this, we face numerous price increases each year for deplorable water services. Had there been proper planning and proper investment of funds, each parish, by now, should have at least 2 or 3 dams the size of the Mona Reservoir. Instead the majority of the island relies on only the Mona and Hermitage dams...sad.
