Good customer service
Why is it that this branch is in the heart of busy new Kingston on a Friday which is money day and only has one representative to handle almost 20 customers it just doesn’t make sense... been here 20 minutes and the line has not moved.. awful awful experience
When i went they told me you couldnt send funds to peoples bank account when i was told prior over the phone that it could be done so they misinformed me because it can be done.
Seems like there’re looking into faces to pay out money
