ROCKHAMPTON RETREAT

Very nice gated community. Active HOA. Housing Blocks are nicely distributed and the uneven terrain is used to its best effect.

The place is a cozy spot for hideaway and private functions. Public facilities need attention. This is a guest house.

This is not Roehampton Retreat this is a housing area in St Andrew. An upscale community with large comfortable houses. Many have awesome views whether of the city of Kingston, the Kingston Harbour, the St Catherine plains or only mountain views. Whatever the view the community is quiet, green alawys with a gentle breeze. In my humble opinion the character of the community us slowing changing. The original homes were sited on large plots of land. These large parcels of land are now sold for apartments and townhouses. This is my personal view. This is taking place all about us.
