Had a great encounter with dr Williams (dentist) trust me she is good.

Great customer service!!!!!! My spouse and I went there and I never regretted my visit. The environment was relaxing, calm and peaceful. It was a like a day at the spa.... I rated it 4 stars for now until my next visit.... But I would definitely recommend here prior to where I have been before...

Poor reception received as the appointment was booked online which stated that they would be open until 7pm the booking hours are between 8am- 5:45pm upon calling to confirm my appointment i was informed that the close at 5pm which is rather absurd. For a place that literally charges you an arm and a leg for cleaning the reception is very unprofessional, PLEASE TO UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE AS PER DISCUSSION FOR BOOKINGS!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. It makes no sense making an appointment because you still have to wait for hours. I made a 5pm appointment with the receptionist and I told her I have work after and would you believe 2 hours later I was still there waiting at 7pm. If you have work or plans after it makes no sense because it will all have to be cancelled. The environment is nice but that’s about it.

I share the same experience with Kadesha Thompson .. it's almost as if it's me writing that review. ..setting an appointment doesn't make any sense and the receptionist was nonchalant about the situation....dont ask people to set appointment when you are going to tell them about walk in customers....service is far from the picture they created on social media.
