Crunch Fitness - Richmond Hill

I had a few issues with the place and a couple of issues with my account. I spoke with Bryant the General Manager and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to sit and talk with me with the concerns I had. After speaking with him I did feel better overall about the gym and its a fine establishment. The members just have to pitch in to do their part too.

V Clean and friendly staff

I usually come on weekends and it was a pleasent change to see Bryant work a Sunday. Even though he worked by himself he still made sure everyone was obeying the CDC Guidelines which is a huge problem during the weekend. We had a good conversation and it was very enlightening. Keep up the great work Bryant. Thank You!

TBH, they deserve more of a 4.5 rating. Awesome location and very large selection of machines, free weights and equipment. Also, they have an enormous amount of space that you can feel comfy and not crowded on the busiest of times. They have two levels and a full bootcamp jungle gym with all the accessories. The only think I don’t like is the condition of the bathrooms. They aren’t the most sanitary and almost are never cleaned during the busy times. Otherwise, it’s a awesome gym, in a great location, with an amazing and very helpful staff.

I would have given 5-stars but the members at night are sometimes out of control. No one likes to wear there masks, there was perhaps a few times where I think I saw the Manager kicking people out that were not wearing them. I appreciated seeing that the rules are being enforced and keeping everyone safe.
