The service I experienced this week from Peta-Ann at Baby Bop was excellent. She kept in touch and followed up right until after delivery of my item. Generally we say "good customer service is hard to find", but Baby Bop has excellent customer service and staff. I will definitely purchase from them again, and will be recommending them to others. Thank you Peta-Ann for going above and beyond. Your manager must be very happy to have you on the team.

This store has an amazing selection of baby gear and best of all, they have top notch customer service. I have communicated with them via Instagram about their inventory and they happily sent me pictures of everything I asked for so that I could pick from their selections. The staff are friendly and very helpful and it really is the customer service more than anything else that makes me a repeat customer. They offer same day delivery and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this baby store!

I've never felt more pleased with any store than I've felt with Baby Bop Store.I appreciate how helpful Samantha was towards me, especially as I was a first time Customer and at times it was a challenge for me to decide on what I wanted, she kept communicating and also sent pictures of each item that I had an interest in,she was so helpful.I'm amazed at how professional my experience was with Baby Bop.Would recommend to any one who is seeking a store that is 100% great Customer Service to shop with Baby BOP Store.Thanks Samantha!

Hands down one of the most convenient stores I have shopped at in Jamaica! I am overseas and needed to place a last minute order for my sisters baby shower. From start to finish, the rep was pleasant, quick to respond and professional (despite me changing my mind a few times). Their customer service is EVERYTHING! Will def be ordering & referring to others!
