The saying 'one bad apple spoils the bunch' is applicable here. I encountered 3 workers during my visit, and while 2 were professional and eager to help, one was loud, condescending and outright rude. She failed to properly direct me to a very hidden piece of stationery, and when I asked her to repeat, she yelled for no reason. I know we all have bad days, but you must bear in mind that you are serving a customer who has a choice in where to shop. I ended up not even bothering to purchase what I wanted in the end. Luckily, Innovations was right next door and I got what I needed. I must say, however, that the security guard was also very professional and courteous. One star because of that woman acting as if I was irritating her.
