Worst bank in Jamaica, zero fraud protection for credit cards

For the largest bank in jamaica this bank shows no interest in contacts this number on the site isnt even valid

I am most disgusted with the service at this place, additional fees are charged amounting to thousands of dollars and no one can explain where they came from. This type of activity is stealing, paying for what you have not incurred. They set up the phone lines to cut off after a certain point and their agents never call back. Alas, maybe its the Agents who are cutting off the calls.

Worse ever if I could give a 0 star I would

Great atmosphere and customer centric. However the waiting time could be somewhat less.
