Mother's

Well firstly, I am a LONG time customer of mothers, the branch in Half Way Tree at the Portmore bust stop. I have been buying my two cheese patties small fries and a drink there since I was in 13 in the 7th grade at St. Andrew High School for Girls. I am now 24 years old and throughout my time of doing business with this branch. Never have I ever received such horrible service! On December 4th around 7pm I went in and placed an order for 2 cheese patties (with bacon) a small fries and a fresh box juice. I made the mistake and trusted the cashier to take my order correctly. Unfortunately she was unable to and placed an order of 4 patties with cheese and bacon. As I received my order and was about to leave I noticed there were WAYY more patties in the bag than what I ordered. I checked the receipt and saw that it was 4 and then I went back to the cashier AFTER NOT LEAVING THE STORE and was told how there's nothing she can do about it. I asked to speak to a manager because I do not believe that I should have to be the one to suffer the loss when the mistake was not made by me. The manager proceeded to tell me that she doesn't know who is telling the truth and there for I just have to the the loss because it's my fault for not checking the receipt. IN ALL MY YEARS I have never received such horrible service from any manager anywhere. I could understand the cashier that was probably upset that she might have made a mistake. But to have the manager speak to me in the manner she did (which was lined with a dirty attitude and lack of empathy ). She basically told me to get out and just take the loss because she knows I'll be back.

Came here for breakfast on a Monday. Customer service was bad and the coffee was just milk & hot water. Yuck!
