I wish I could just rate the doctors. I have been going here for years. The doctors are good, professional, helpful and easy to talk with. However, customer service of receptionists/admin has been consistently deteriorating. Getting through to the office via telephone can also be a pain.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ...FRONT DESK PPL ARE THE WORST...plus the phones some how are nvr wrking going there was a hugh pain

Its really hard setting up an appointment over the phone as no one answers the line. I live in Portland and had been trying to call for two weeks unsuccessfully. Been there before. The front line workers are extremely low in customer service. However the doctors are to be praised for their care and professionalism.

This building needs lift for elderly patients under the the health and safety rules

Cramped uncomfortable...reasonable parking
