Good rates. But I had to go back several times to change mistake to my policy

This is my first and only insurance company. Members of my family working with them for several years and that how I ended up insuring my vehicle with Key. The only problem I have currently is the wait to receive a claim, it's pretty much depressing and heart paining! I do hope they will improve on this for Key is one of the best out there.

Flexible payments plans but horrible waiting time. Saturday August 18, 2018 I waited for 1hr and 30 min just for a renewal payment. The $10,000 that I saved for the year does not equate to the time I would have wasted. It is clear that they need a quicker and more efficient system. Persons doing renewals should be given an agent solely for doing renewals. New policy holders are given different agents.
