Kingston Paradise Place 2

stayed here for 4 nights and it was amazing. the pool is 24 hr and the staff was friendly to us. they told us all the hot spots & everywhere is either walking distance or 5 mins drive away. the rooms are very clean and non-smoking so it smells fresh. see you again in February

We booked 3 nights in this hotel. I will never do it again, the picture they put for the breakfast it’s not AT ALL what you are going to have.. you have to pay 1$ for you coffee???!!!! The staff very rude and not helpful! The gaz cooker in the kitchen was broke but we already bought some food for dinner (pasta) and they didn’t want to cook in their reception area (just next door to us). So we ask them what we are suppose to do with our food?? Through away ?? They said “not my problem”. Well not very nice! The only thing was the bedroom was clean and the swimming pool too

NOT GOOD BUSINESS I reserved 2 separate rooms for 3 nights, only to get there and they gave away the rooms. I call to confirm my reservation days before my trip and they told me everything was fine. When I got there after a long flight, the rooms where given away. The receptionist said that if someone has the money on spot they can get the room someone reserved online because they are not sure if a person booking online is really coming. That was crazy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. I booked this place 2 weeks prior to my arrival in Jamaica and I even confirmed that they had my reservations earlier in the week. However, when we arrived to Kingston we were unable to find the location. When I called and spoke with the receptionist he had the nerve to tell me that they had rented out my room to someone else and then expected me to travel all over Kingston to try and find their other location, I THINK NOT!!! The fact that you rented out my room to someone else after I reserved it earlier in the month was shocking to me. Do you know that I literally had to find somewhere else to stay due to your lack of professionalism??? Do you know that this was my first time coming to Jamaica and the day I arrived was birthday which your company ruined??? Your facility and anyone who had anything to do with my room being rented out to someone else after knowing I reserved it should be ashamed of yourself!!! To add insult to injury not one person apologized for their unprofessional behavior and for putting in an unsafe situation... You're business is lucky you didn't charge my card because we would have had some serious problems!!! To anyone looking into making reservations here I would suggest you go elsewhere so you don't end up in the position that I was placed in. YOUR FACILITY SUCKS.

I have been to two locations and both 1 and 2 is amazing big up the paradise place staff my place whenever i am in kingston.
