I have been trying to make payment to my jps bill and accidentally pay the money to your company, you have no name or account number matching the information I was paying the bill to. but still, you accepted the payment I need my money back to my account that is robbery. And I have been trying to call your head office no answer so this is all left to do need my $11,000 back. I am so upset.

The waiting time is short and the atmosphere os good. The receptionist is very cordial and helpful...quite accommodating

Driving to the location is tricky as it is on a major one way traffic Lane. The parking area is relatively small and cluttered for such a large office building. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. The office setting was nice, cool, and accommodating. The building is also wheelchair accessible.

If you're not a wizard at parking, don't go there on wheels. Got stuck there for 20 mins trying to get out.
