This bank, in general, has the worst customer service/support over the phone.

There's nothing convenient about this bank or any other ncb branches. Too much time waiting and the service isnt exceptional

Listen, this may be the worst bank in JA. It doesn't matter what branch you go to its the same. The reps were rude af, who's idea was it to remove the front desk? You step in the bank and you have no clue where to go. Ii wanted a simple transaction, everyone goes through the same ticket system, i stood for 4 hours before my number was called then i spent 5 mins with the rep. For a bank statement, that I REFUSED to pay for because your online banking does not work because of your upgrades. This is silly and you know it. Do better

This is a very slow branch with regards to the customer service section. The staff is very nice and helpful but it takes hours to get through. Been waiting over 3 hours this time.

I came in to request a managers cheque and withdraw funds at 8:30am today so I could have a head start on my day. It’s now almost 12pm and I have no funds nor managers cheque because they are still trying to verify my drivers license that I use at every single other NCB location without issue. So much for my other plans.... the wait continues.
