Visit the Kingston branc.....found a work surface I liked ...paid a small deposit in order to secure a measurement they came and measured my kitchen promptly...after I paid completely for the worktop...was told because of covid installation would be 14 to 15 working days...payments was completely on 30th of September.. its now 25th of October and still no work done...its stories after stories ....blaming weather ...No work men turning up to work.... Don't look too well...you call...if you do at all get an answer....someone will get bact to you....no one does... What kind if business is this...that collects your money...and no service GIVEN....really extremely bad

I called in and got a very friendly and efficient customer service agent and this was followed through by the reliable agent at the actual store who was GREAT!
