Bay View Eco Resort & Spa

I was overall pleased with the facilities and service provided. Of course being in the heart of Portland-Jamaica, only added to a positive experience. It's a great Boutique Hotel with lots of character for anyone wanting to be closer to nature. It is also close to all the major attractions and town center. I had a few minor quirks that could be improved such as the shower head that restricted the water pressure. This could be easily solved by the hotel simply replacing it with a newer fixture. I had to remove the existing one. The bedding, though not bad could be improved as well. For the price point, this hotel provides great value for money. I enjoyed my stay and felt rejuvenated on checking out.

The rooms were clean and cleaned everyday during our stay. The beds were super comfy! Mark down in the restaurant is an outstanding chef! You must eat here as the food is done to order and is brilliant! Just lovely little get away. Recommend.

Our stay was wonderful!!! Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The view is amazing, very relaxing. The room was clean, spacious and very cozy. We got a room with a balcony facing the lush vegetation, the air felt so clean, light and I was very comfortable. The FOOD is a must when you get there. The dinner menu is very inclusive (vegetarian cuisine) . The chef knows what he's doing, dinner was EXCEPTIONAL. I can safely say i will be visiting again. If you really want a vacation (in the true sense of the word) the authentic Jamaican vibe, this place is that. Thanks again for the satisfying experience. A wonderful hide away. The service was great. The food, real Jamaican breakfast and sumptuous dinner. Big up Mark the chef every time, he goes the extra mile. Looking forward to my next visit

This beautiful resort is nestled in gorgeous, lush vegetation. The staff is helpful and courteous. The room was clean. Breakfast is offered with room which was very tasty. Gave 4 star rating as the shower stall could have been a bit cleaner. Nonetheless, would definitely recommend
