I come from the other side of Queens (about a 20-30 minute drive) to wash here since my neighborhood laundromats are super congested, machines don’t wash well, don’t have parking and charge outrageous prices. I’ve been coming to this location for years and ever since the virus outbreak the prices have went up and the quality has gone down tremendously, even the customer service. All the staff used to be very courteous and helpful but since the virus it seems that the same 2 people work all the time and they seem to work under stress. It saddens me that I may have to find another place to drop off and self wash my clothes 😞
Nice and busy place best thibg about it they have nice parking space so park ur car do ur laundry and go home simple and easy and its also cery clean gud coustmer service
I love their pick up and drop off service. Staff are very professional and clothes are dropped off the very same day. Clothes are washed and folded properly. Thank you!
