The Holiness Born Again Church (HBAC) in Heartease was founded by the Late Bishop R. Samuel Morris in 1950, along with other Misssionaries being the late Amy Davis and Amy Baker. After the passing of the founder in March 1990, Bishop E T Foster (now deceased) served as Pastor for 23 years until June 2013. This was when the baton was handed over to the present pastor being Overseer Keith E Morris, the fourth of ten children of the founder. The Church's headquarters is to be found in 5 Barclay Street in Savanna-la-mar, Jamaica, where the pastor is Bishop Zachariah Nepaul. The General Overseer of the twentey-six (26) Holiness Born Again Churches in Jamaica is Bishop Dr. Evon Nepaul, who is also the Pastor of the Withorn HBAC in Westmorland. The church in heartease is well known for the beautiful and anointed singing of the church choir and is the convenor of "Magnify Him" which is a Gospel Music production having celebrated its twenty-fifth (25th) annual staging in January 2015. Worship at the Heartease assembly is always a great experience where one can receive healing and deliverance through the heavily anointed praise and worship sessions and the Spoken Word
