Formerly the "fancy restaurant" of the town. Changing times has caused it to focus more on its bakery operations and less on its restaurant side. It also offers a wholesale section where snacks can be purchased at wholesale quantity prices.

Employees were not trained in customer services. They did not pay attention to the order
