The absolute worst customer service and product management I've ever experienced from any printery, much less Jamaica. The representatives have failed to update or follow up on their promises. I've been promised over three times my products would be ready and they are STILL not in my hands. No one is answering nor have they called to brief me on what has happened to my order. UTTER MADNESS!
