The lady that I spoke to was horrible. She took my info and said someone will call and set up an appointment. Until this day I haven't heard from anyone. But I got someone else to come in and the service was excellent. $95,000. Well spent. Rentokil you guys need to step your game. I don't recommend this lousy company. Unfortunately I had to give one star or else my comment wouldn't be able to post. Because if I had a choice it would be ZERO star.
The service is very poor I have been requesting service for the past two days. They told me that they will call back on 3 occasions until now I haven't heard back. Very very poor customer service.. wish I coupd give them a minus star.
They say they would phoned me back in 24 hours to date the inspection and nothing
