Christiana - Optical Solutions International Limited

I went for testing and to get new glasses. I was informed by the receptionist that they couldn't charge my sagicor health card. The suppose to be free eye test was charged $3200 from my health card $20000 for lens I did not receive. I only found this out when I tried using my card at another eye place and no money was left to get glasses. I called sagicor that told me that my glasses was charged for at optical solutions in Christiana , Manchester.
