Paid in full for an item and one week later, product was still not delivered. No updates were given, had to call almost daily to hear no good news. And they had nerve to be rude when I tried to negotiate a refund. They even restricted accommodating the refund to a certain day and time that was convenient only to them. Completely sub-standard service as I'm still waiting for the actual service to happen. Totally disgusted. Never again.
