Professional Eye Care Mandeville

About two years ago I went to this place to replace my lenses I had for 4 years. First I had a very good experience with the optometrist who was very professional and made me feel confortable. The only problem I had was that when I received my glasses, these were not the ones that the optometrist put in the formula so I could not use them because they were not the ones indicated for me and not for what I had paid for. None of the employees gave me a solution or showed interest in solving it, however later, the manager took my case personally and apparently the glasses were changed but just as before I could not see well with them so I returned them. I have to admit that on the part of the manager I received good attention, because she showed a lot of concern so that I was satisfied with the service. Later she scheduled an appointment for me with a doctor who came from abroad and although I had to wait several months, finally when the doctor came to Mandeville. The doctor was able to examine me again and he ordered them to make my lenses with better material and in the shortest time as possible with no additional cost. There are many things that should be improved, such as being very clear from the beginning with the prices and what the client will receive. Where I come from I would have been given my glasses for free if I had to wait so long. But anyone make mistakes, however few places in Jamaica accept them, so thanks to this doctor and the branch's manager I can recommend the place because although at the beginning the service was not the best and I had to get very angry, they recognized their error, they solved the problem and I was satisfied with the lenses. Never will ever go back here again. It just hurt me that I made my friend get her glasses there when I was doing mine. I am speaking from my own experience, I thought the service could have been better, the person who referred me apparently received the best treatment; I wish this treatment was extended to everyone. After complaining on social media I got assisted right away, even though I called the branch and they told me rubbish. Hats off to the IG team tho.

Dr Beezer is wonderful doctor, a calm,funny professional who is great at his job and cares about his patients.The doctor and the staff made my experience a good one.
