I do owe this company a formal apology I did my review before going back to the company with the defective phone. They were actually very helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. The customer service was on point and the new phone purchased there is Stella. The last review was mis guided and unfair Prestige Phone Accessories is the place to go if you got a real phone problem.
