Couldnt be more please with Kaybee Doors. Wonderful service and great prices. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Highly recommend

I had some glazed doors fitted, which once the fitter ( Derek) was gone I noticed that they were all scratched badly and the edge of door was badly damaged and the lacquer was pealing and crumbling off. After sending emails and a phone call I was told that I should have checked the door before being hung, my response to that is the person selling the door and sending direct to customers is responsible for sending a quality product which isn’t damaged. I will never use again and I was a returning customer who had purchased doors previously, standards have dropped massively- seriously how can you sell products which are poor in quality and then say it is the customers fault for not checking the product before hung - but you also can’t take it out of the packaging then return!! Absolute joke - do not use!!!! I can also confirm that I am based in Merseyside and used Kaybee doors Liverpool not Stoke, this is the usual response by the company denying its them ! How would I know you fitters name who also fitted the damaged door and never said anything ! Please do not be fooled this company has massively changed for the worse- I was a returning customer - never again! You also never responded to my email complaints and pictures apart from saying it’s my fault for not checking the doors before fitted, how dare you deny your substandard doors.
