Needed more staff at the front office, customers being bundled up in a pandemic not a good idea or representation or care for our wellbeing

My package still has not been delivered. It’s currently two days late. Was to come to me on Thursday and it did not. I checked on it on Friday and was told that I’d receive it before end of day on Friday. I still have not received it nor have I been contacted about it.

Customer service could be speedier and the closed off prison like property could be made more welcoming. Other than that i have no issues with this place

I visited this office to send a package to someone in another parish. I got through very quickly and the person who dealt with me was pleasant and courteous.
