After 8 months of waiting on my package, I have to pay $10,000 jmd when the order was for $30 USD order. This is complete madness!

They literal said I couldn't clear a car here

How is that you charge me $40,000 JMD for a personal item ? I was travelling from the US with my Drone which is clearly a used Drone, was sent to declaration line by a rude female even though I stated I have nothing to declare. I spent hours back and forth until I was charged $40,000 JMD for nothing. Your corporation is no different from gangs and criminals.

Dear sir/madam Am in the usa got stranded and I got a box with groceries sending down to jamaica for my brother to clear what I wanted to know if he can come in person to collect it in this covid 19 pandemic or should I let it stay until am able to get a flight when the border reopen??

Jamaica customs staff are nice, but some of them are so rude to the tourists. When I couldn’t comprehend what they were saying because of there accent, they immediately asked if I didn’t speak English .
