I decided to start the program with Dr. Rose-Johnson after hearing rave reviews from a friend. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after talking to Dr Rose-Johnson and hearing her explain the science and logic behind the diet, I gave it a try. It was a great decision, as I lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks (with no loss of muscle mass) and have been able to maintain my weight now 6 months afterwards. The diet was easy to follow, flexible and did not include complicated and time consuming recipes to follow. I was even able to maintain the diet whilst on back to back travel. It was great to have Dr. Rose Johnson accompany me along this journey, as she was super responsive whenever I had a question or doubt. She has also helped me to adopt a more healthy way of eating, which is sustainable, is now second nature and a great lifestyle change.

As an individual who has suffered with adult hormonal acne and a thinning hairline PRP has done wonders for me. After two treatments I noticed a vast improvement in skin texture and reduced discoloration and scars. My hairline is almost back to normal. I highly recommend this procedure.
