Professional Staff! A great place to call home (away-from- home).
10/10 would not recommend. I have a lot of BAD experiences more than good and ALOT to say about this place especially since recently but in summary ,They don’t really care about their residents or the preferred term I’d use ... “customers” and our opinions or comfort as if we are not the ones who make them money. Quite frankly if all of us decides to leave this place , this business would be nothing and they fail to realize this because they are so distracted ensuring they secure the bag .....but not the customers
The space is modern in comparison to other spaces on campus. The surroundings are also well kept and beautiful. However, the company does not seem to genuinely care about its residents.
Was expecting more as a paying parent. My ward is ok with it, so enough said!
