I visited the store in May Pen. Worst experience I have ever had at a Rapod True Value Store. May Pen store staff.need to come to Kingston to get some training on efficiency.No one in the store was willing to assist the client. Layout is poor. Items need to be dusted so that clients can inspect properly. Just to get someone to tell you the price or.to get a quote was impossible. Did not know if we were to wait in the cashier line to get the quote or what to do. Aborted the shopping expedition and decided to get the items from Kingston store and transport it to Clarendon.Total waste of time to have visited that store.

Its a good place to find tools n material for your house and kitchen like fine mica or toliets or toliet fittings or wooden counter tops or nuts amd screws but ita over priced, i guess you pay foe the convience... its organized nixe and they have a central inventory so you can call the number and they will tell u which store has it plus u dont have to worry abpit being over charged because no one in the store nakes the prices
