Conrod was the most attentive host (without being intrusive) when my partner and I made a last-minute reservation last night. The property has a very laid-back vibe and the accommodations are clean and comfy. Check-in was a breeze and we were connected to the complementary Wi-Fi immediately. It is clear that their guests' comfort and peace of mind are extremely important to Conrod and his mom and this little property has stolen a big piece of our hearts!! Conrod's Guest House is perfect for persons who are interested in an unpretentious property, yet one where the little details are considered. We're so happy to have found 'our place' where we can escape for a night or two every few weeks!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am giving 5 stars based on the hospitality, cleanliness and nearness to restaurants, Rick's Cafe, activities and shopping (with a car or about 1.5 mile walk). I only had one breakfast there. The cheese omelet and fried fish were good. Recommendations: Our room did not have hot water. That needs to changed. Also perhaps consider a ceiling fan instead of the standing fan. They were very helpful in directing us to the property once we arrived in Negril. Would return for a one or two night only until hot water.
