Sagicor SIGMA Building

Home to the Student Loan Bureau offices. Went at 9 am one morning and it took an hour and half to get to the front of the line to speak to a customer care rep. Not bad compared to my previous visits. I suspect getting there by 8 or 8:30 would have made that time shorter. Remember to bring a pen and a sweater, inside is soo cold especially if you have to stand underneath one of the vents (which you will at some point while in the line)

Well kept building, only visited the first floor but from first impressions the building is well designed and well kept and have great staff.

Easy to locate and security officers were very helpful in making sure u location the correct office to complete your transaction

The stairs are steep and plenty, if going to this building prepare to spend too many hours of the day

Very accommodating place to do business, worm and friendly staff.
