Nice clean store. Chicken was a bit dry, maybe because we went just before midday. Service was OK. I don't know how it is if there are lots of customers. KFCs in May Pen have nothing to worry about.

What u love about the chicken. Its fried really nice and not oily. That's a plus for me. Cause I don't like oily chicken.

Kudos on the Popeyes chain for opening this spot to service Central Jamaica. The staff are well trained and VERY hospitable!! You tend to get your order within 5 mins of placing it. You will able to get anything on the menu that you are accustomed to, the quality and taste are the same like other restaurants in the island. LOTS of parking, nice surroundings - a nice chill spot. COVID protocols is place 😉

The Drive-Thru process need much improvement as I spent over an hour in it with 10 cars ahead of me and I was short on my meal which I paid for but for the other part the food was great.

It may be because its new.... service delivery is high. Wait periods are almost non-existent. There are times when you wait (Covid protocols and pple won't make up their mind quickly) but not bad, its doable.. Hopefully they will keep it up.
