NATION-WIDE EXPRESS TOURS LTD

I booked this service since September 2019 to carry my out of town guest from the Jewel runaway Bay to St. Catherine for my wedding. I was quoted 75k plus toll orginally and then in efforts to secure my business was told they would cover the cost of the toll in the 75k. for a 45 seater bus. on the day of my wedding they were late due to "mechanical " issues that they didn't contact us we had to call them to find out their where abouts and was informed 2 buses were coming. when they arrived and was paid they proceed to ask for the toll cost for the 2 buses- toll cost now doubled! when I spoke to Mr. Nage Stewart the owner and sent him back screenshot of our conversations he refused to honour it and also refused to answer calls when I was calling back. This was a calculated way for them to squeeze more money last minute. unprofessional and doesn't Foster return business. I even contacted him prior to posting here to notify him that I intend to post reviews and he ignored me. They received 10k extra that day but will lose more based on their conduct

I recently charted a coach to transport my wedding guests from Montego Bay to Port Antonio for my big day and back the following day. This company was so professional and so lovely to deal with, nothing was too much for them, they were prompt in communication, kind and understanding. Mr Johnson drove the guests and he is such a warm, lovely man. This is a Jamaican company that goes above and beyond and makes me very proud. Every telphone call I had with Mr Stewart was transparent and straightforward. I will always recommend and use this company in the future!
