I don't know what has happened the past couple of months with you guys but y'all need to fix. Items are not being delivered on time delays delays delays ...... An if you check your system I've been with you guys a very long time so I know when something is wrong just the other day I paid for an item twice an item I already paid an collected already for weeks ago. I use to get emails on when to collect my package that stop these dayz I'm just wasting time calling or go there to see if the package reach. I'm not pleased. System need to update customer service is good.

This place has never disappointed me and though I have not been with them very long, I have shipped quite a few packages with them - all were on time. Excellent customer service

Well, if you wanna receive everything you order late then go with them. Honestly only still with them out of BLIND LOYALTY! In the beginning the service was faster and much more reliable, but now it's just down right unacceptable. I hope they'll work on improving and maybe I'll consider staying with them. At this point I'm still with them because it's like a bad marriage that you've already invested so much into, you just stay until.... I will say though that everyone is usually VERY FRIENDLY and I love the staff, they're like family!

To be honest I did not have a good experience, our table was 13 people and the waitress took our order from afta 4 and we didnt get out meals till 6:28pm 😑 people weh come afta we get food, eat and guh 🙄 she nuh check up on we, we had to be calling her to check what's going on with our orders and her coworker said she didnt put our orders in so a we last a get food. My meal was flavorful which was steamed fish with mash potatoes so I give them that along with nice picture areas but I would not go back🤷🏽‍♀️
