Bridal Dreams Jamaica

Dionne is irresponsible. She lacks work ethic, common sense and drive. I hired her in 2019 to be the planner for my wedding after interviewing many others. Dionne was picked based on perceived kindness which I later learned was a ploy from her to win business. In the end she was nasty, deceptive, disrespectful, lazy and unaccountable. She was a horrible planner and my wedding turned out disastrous. When I complained to her about the services she admitted to damaged but the reneged on paying us back. She incited that I was evil for wanting my money back for damages, told me to go sleep with my husband and worse she told me that I manifested my wedding. Dionne was paid $2700. She then sent me and my husband disrespectful messages all because we demanded justice. She has proceeded to tell one lie after the next. It’s so sad that she doesn’t respect herself enough to do the right thing. She stole from us in numerous way. She didn’t procure alcohol, didn’t coordinate the guests as instructed in her contract, didn’t provide a responsible staff, didn’t provide lighting or lanterns and guests told me there wasn’t food for them yet she and her staff ate. Her assistant is 17 and very very lazy. I couldn’t get Imani to do anything. She should not be a planner representing Jamaica. There are far better out there who will respect themselves and the client enough to actually do a good job and perform up to standard. That is not Dionne and her staff. That is not Bridal Dreams Jamaica. I truly am sorry to have worked with them and definitely with her.
