Great rates for shipping from US to Jamaica. They're nice in person but for some reason over the phone they sound not so nice and welcoming. The office is upstairs the plaza across from the big old stone church on hagley park rd, hwt. It was a bit difficult for me to locate the first time.

The rates are superb! However, they need a better tracking system, they have improved but its still not as good as most of their competitors. They ship once per week so prepare to wait a while for your item.

They used to be my favorite company..... however regardless of their poor communication when you text them or call their number you can't get through. I didn't let that bother me because their prices were reasonable..... Then I realized that I had some small items that came in maybe about 1 to 3 days apart these people split my items and send what they felt like sending, to how long my package take to arrive I had to pay storage fee cuz they were sending one one items every week.... I didn't have any choice because I live all the way in West and these people are in Kingston so I wanted to collect everything one time....

The waiting period for packages is commendable, the cost to collect is reasonably and their customer service is great they are all polite especially the tall slim brown female who collects the payment (sorry I didn’t got her name lol forgive me) 🥳🥳

They was very helpful and was fast in getting my package to me 😊
