I did my CPR training 3 weeks going 4 weeks ago and have not received my certificate as yet.The training was well done I must say but the after service is very poor.I explained the urgency of getting my certificate prior to training,was told it takes 2 weeks to get same (which is unheard of,as i've done many short/CPR courses and i've always received my certificates right after or a few days the most)..but I waited. After 2 weeks I started calling and have received a few excuses,attitudes and been told that its not signed yet,I should just wait,they have my number and will call me when it's ready.When asked when will that be,I am told "we don't know,we will call you".This training was not done at the headquarters but at another branch. I find the whole thing unprofessional and disgusting, etc. given that I paid for this course,it wasn't a charity event,the amount of times I have called and reminded them of the urgency.Some individuals have tried to assist but efforts still remain futile.

Seemingly competent team on hand and offers First Aid certification courses. After completing one such course which really made me feel even more empowered and cleared up a number of myths and truly dangerous practices I honestly feel this is something all should do.

They offer a very thorough First Aid & CPR course and their volunteer program is quite effective.

Still waiting on my CPR certificate from January, kmt
