Great to exercise, hike and walk in the late afternoons and mornings.

The climb is hard and there is no shortcuts but trust me It's worth it. That sense of accomplishment you feel when you get to the top....worth it.

It's a good place to meditate.

If you are missing the gym, it's a Perfect area for full body workout! The scenery over looking Greater Portmore is magical; with fruit vendors and people working hard to get or stay in shape you are guaranteed a good time😄. It won't be easy so bring water and ur favorite music 😉

It’s a great place to see a birds eye view of Portmore and Greater Portmore. Perfect spot for a good cardio hike. The walk from the foot of the hill to the top is frequented by residence wanting to shed some weight and get fitter. And I’m sure they usually achieve their goal. It’s quite a challenging trek!
