The techician had to make several separate visits to rectify a problem with my dryer. Today, the owner came and fixed the problem personally. We discussed my frustrations with the service visits (e.g. repeated unsuccessful visits and inability to keep appointments on time). Feel assured that the quality of service to which I am accustomed will return in future.

Mr Davidson was the only one who was able to do a frequency conversion on our Bosch oven. Others had tried for over 2 yrs without success. I am very fond of him as he seems to be very knowledgeable about electronic appliances.

They did a great job fixing our washer machine. Their staff were nice people and really seem to know their stuff. It was kind of them to give us multiple options according to our budget instead of just fixing it one way and charging a high price afterwards. It's our first experience with them and we're very happy about it.

Good service.

This company is a rip off, Samsung need better agents.
